Applying to Graduate

Applications for Winter 2026 graduation closed on November 30, 2025.  If you missed the application deadline, please apply for Spring 2026 graduation during the period of February 1 - March 15, 2026.

Instructions: 

1. Log in to Self Service Banner.
2. Go to Student > Student Landing Page > Student Profile > Application to Graduate.
3. Complete and submit the online application form.

Convocation Details: 

• Convocation Ceremony: May 26–29, 2026 (as part of Spring 2026 Convocation Week) 

More details about the ceremony will be shared closer to the date. 

Upcoming graduation application periods: 

If you will complete your studies in a later term, please note the future application windows: 

• Spring 2026 Graduation 

• • Program completion date: May 1, 2026 

• • Graduation application period: February 1 – March 15, 2026 

• Fall 2026 Graduation 

• • Program completion date: September 2, 2026 

• • Graduation application period: June 1 – July 15, 2026 

Each student follows a unique timeline as to when they will finish their requirements. Therefore, you must apply to graduate in order to notify the University when you have chosen to finish your studies.
